|Just a reminder to all of our clients. Our system is set up so that if you do not log into our site for 3 months (90 days), your account will be marked as inactive in order to prevent us from sending credits to inactive accounts. Our data analysis has shown that the majority of those that do not log in for a month period do not log in again.|
If you find that your account interest has been reduced to 0 because of this reason, or any other, and you want to find out how the situation can be solved please feel free to contact us (DM Tovakinpi Toshikhan) and we will help you. Interest levels can only be brought above 0 manually, so in order to ensure that this is done quickly, please notify us.

|We were delaying our interest run to hopefully keep it in line with Facility Income from each month, but that has gotten so ridiculously delayed that we felt that we didn't want to punish our customers additionally as we are sure some of you are already suffering from that not being ran in a reasonable amount of time.|

|Change in Policy|
|After a few requests the bank has decided that it would be in the best interest of its customers to allow all accounts to go above their maximum value but, once the maximum value is exceeded then interest will no longer accumulate until it is reduced.|
This has been in response to multiple requests by customers to forego their interest in exchange to having larger limits on their account.
Furthermore, we would like to remind all of our customers that deposits made too soon prior to the end of the month will not be processed until the beginning of the next month in order to prevent abuse of our interest system (with the exception of accounts that do not accumulate interest).

|Our site has returned with a brief outage that occurred during our server transition. The new server didn't' have the same configurations as our old one, so some adjustments had to be made to the way the site interacts with the server. Thank you all for your patience.|

|Archiving of inactive accounts|
|In order to improve site load times and ease of management in 1 week I will begin archiving accounts that have not been logged into for greater than 1 year. These accounts will still be around and no credits presently in the account will be lost they will simply just not be part of our database, in order to access them please contact me and I will reestablish it.|

|OOC: I will be out of town visiting family from Dec 5-12. Internet is unknown at the location I will be, if possible I will continue to process withdrawals and deposits as normal, if not I will get to them as soon as I can.|

|November Special Events|
|As promised, a random deposit was doubled, then I doubled another, then another, then another, and another. Yes, that's right folks, I doubled 5 random deposits, winning 5 different clients close to 20 million credits.|
But wait, that's not all. I also ran interest on 50 random clients twice in appreciation to all of you for continuing with the bank despite the changes that we have made in our operations. Thankfully we only had about 5% of our clients leave us so far as a result, which is far below what everyone's estimates were, I greatly appreciate the trust that you continue to have in this bank. Stay tuned for some exciting stuff that will be brought out in the coming year.

|Dear InterGalactic Bank customers.|
It is with both regret and hope that I write this letter to you all. InterGalactic Bank has been around for over three years since its conception between myself and Evan Crawford. It was only a the short time-span of a matter of months until our bank became the most successful bank in the history of the galaxy, and still continues to be so. After serious consideration over a period of many months, I have decided to alter InterGalactic Bank's corporate structure and legal status to remove the bank from its status as a galaxy wide corporation and shrink the size of the business to a much more manageable size that allows its employees to better serve its customers while reducing the man hours required in maintaining the corporate structure.
This is not a decision based on the bank's finances or the health of any of our executives, but completely based on time and the bank's desire to return to its roots and ensuring that we provide the best quality services possible to our customers.
As I said, the bank will continue on, we will continue to serve the entire galaxy with our most popular services of savings accounts and loans will continue on without delay and we will continue to accept new customers. Services such as the construction of Banks, ATMs, and their management will no longer be offered. I personally am sorry for any inconveniences that this creates.
From now on, all transactions will be conducted through me personally, Tovakinpi Toshikhan, any credits sent to InterGalactic Bank or anyone else will no longer be processed through this institution and we will not be held liable for any lost credits.

|As a special event and prize for our bank customers who have helped IGB grow to be the most successful bank ever in the galaxy we are going to be hosting a special event. For the month of November, from the 1st to 30th, all deposits will be recorded and from them a random deposit will be selected and doubled by the bank.|
Fine Print: Due to the nature of the business of IGB we will not be posting a screen shot or the name of the winner, as the list of our account holders and their account values are considered private. No sign up necessary, just go about your banking as you normally would. This does not circumvent any of our existing policies including maximum account values or abuse by the number of deposits and withdrawals on your accounts. People that try to take advantage of our generosity will be subject to punishment up to, including, but not limited to, exclusion from the event or forfeiture of their privileges to bank with IGB.

|Due to excessive rule violations by both legal and illegal multis, as part of our continued desire to not be a safe haven for assets for people who break the rules, InterGalactic Bank will, for the time being, no longer offer Payable on Death options for our savings accounts. Hopefully a solution for this can be found soon so that the crimes of the few do not affect those that wish to play by the rules. |

|Leadership LOA August 3-13, 2011|
|I'd like to report to you that I'll be going away (IRL Vacation) for the time frame of August 3rd through the 14th. Tovakinpi has decided that for the time being all financial transactions (i.e. deposits and withdraws) are to be processed through him directly. So instead of sending money to the bank or receiving money from the bank, you will be sending and receiving from him. This goes into effect on the third. After that, the bank will not be processing withdraws and deposits until my return on the 14th of August. |
Please also forward all inquires to Tovakinpi while I'm away. I'd like to avoid a mass of DMs upon my return, which would ultimately hurt the clients in the possibility of a message of importance being accidentally overlooked.
The internal operations of the bank are closed to finances only, during this time. We will continue to work hard to bring you a better return on your investments.
